TroubleShooting Of GPS Tracker



  • Make sure the antennas are connected to the tracker before putting the sim card along with the sim card slot.
  • The device will automatically turn on , a red LED will be blinking fast once you connect the sim card slot.
  • Wait until the red LED blinks slowly(3-5 secs before blinking again). This indicates that one of the antennas are receiving signal.
  • Try to call the tracker just to make sure it’s receiving signal. If it answers “The subscriber cannot be reached, please try your call later” the tracker’s not receiving any signal
  •  or the tracker is turned off. If it rings the tracker is receiving a signal.
  • After calling you can text the command “smslinkone123456” for the device to send coordinates thru your mobile phone, the text message will be in a format of website link direct to google map.
  • Always remember that the RED WIRE is the POSITIVE, and BLACK WIRE is the NEGATIVE. Directing it to the vehicle’s battery is alright but it’s better to connect it to a “positive current part” of the vehicle.
  • Once everything’s connected, you can check the tracker if it’s charging once you see a red LED flashed at the back part of the device.

NOTE: If the red LED blinks every 1-2 seconds it’s still not receiving any signal.
NOTE; The tracker will always be turned on after you connected it to the vehicle.
What To Remember When Changing SimCard Or Network:     For GLOBE users:
If you’re going to change the network from globe prepaid to globe postpaid. Please call us to reconfigure it and provide us the 11-digit number and take note that the sim cards must be connected to the tracker.
Note: The same process goes if were from a postpaid to prepaid.
     For SMART users:
If you’re going to change the network from globe or sun to smart. Please call us to reconfigure it and provide us the 11-digit number and take note that the sim card/s must be connected to the tracker. 
For SUN users:
If you’re going to change the network from globe or smart to sun. Please call us to reconfigure it and provide us the 11-digit number and take note that the sim card/s must be connected to the tracker.
