WAYS TO DOWNLOAD LOGS IN THE QF40

HOW TO DOWNLOAD LOGS IN THE QF40

 

1. Ethernet - In your DEVICE, go to MENU then select COMM. then go again to Comm. and then Fill-up the Following:

 

  • IP Address: 192.168.1.201 (default IP) – you can set the IP Address according to your Internet Provider.
  • Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 (default)
  • Gateway: 192.168.1.1 (default) – but you can change it According to your ISP.
  • USB Client: ON
  • Baud Rate: 115200
  • Device ID: 1
  • Comm. Key: 0

Select the IP Address of the device and click CONNECT

After connecting your device, Please click the DOWNLOAD USER INFO and FP.

 

Select the following before you download: All Users, Include Face (Face ID) / Include Finger (Fingerprint), High Rate, Only Face/Only Finger, then click DOWNLOAD.

2. Flash Drive – Insert your Flash Drive to the USB Port.

Then go to MENU and Select DATA MGT, and then do the following.

 

  • Download Attlog
  • Download User

 

After downloading the logs, you can now Export the data to become an EXCEL file using the Attendance Mgt. Program, here are the Procedures:

 

Step 1. Open your Attendance Mgt. Program

Step 2. Select the USB Disk Manage, and select 9Code(OEM)

Step 3. Select U Disk, and then choose your Flash Drive.

Step 4. Click the Import User Data, and then click OK.

Step 5. Record Data Import and then click the Import the Record from U Disk, and then click OK.

How to Extract the File after Downloading the File.

 

Step 1.  Using the Attendance Management Program, Click the AC LOG.

Step 2.  Here you will set the Name, Dept., Time Range, and click Search to see the result.

Step 3. Now, you click EXPORT and then create your FILE NAME and SAVE.
